The food was good, but didn’t get the egg rolls, which come free for orders $30+. Other than that the food was good. I wish the General Tso’s chicken was spicy and had more broccoli, but I enjoyed it.

Honestly the least tasty Chinese food I have ever eaten.Sweet & sour chicken so over cooked & greasy they should have been embarrassed to serve it. Steamed rice only edible item in order.Save your $$$

Did Imperial House change ownership? Or cook(s)??? Last couple orders are different. Food is over cooked, burnt, mushy....even the color is different. Bland flavor. Delivery is no longer fast. Left out items. What changed? Over 10 years with IH, and now we are thinking we need to find a new spot. Please go back to what you were doing.

Food was good. First time we ordered for home. Wife's first choice for work delivery. Communication with staff was difficult due to language barriers. Recommend ordering on line or through app. Others worth a try.

We called and asked for coke or Pepsi but we received orange soda instead. The beef and broccoli oyster sauce was way too thick for our tastes. I believe they may use cornstarch as a thickening agent.

Dependable Chinese food. Don’t order the lobster lo mein. It tasted fine but you only get two small pieces of lobster. It’s just not worth the extra money.

Always enjoy our food from Imperial House. The Mixed Chinese Vegetables are ALWAYS pleasantly perfectly cooked - flavorful without over cooking. Brown rice is available upon request. Also love Shrimp Man Fun. Love the clear noodles that are much lighter than regular noodles. The order is always ready quickly. Always pick up vs delivery, so cannot comment on the delivery service, but can only imagine it is top notch.

The chicken lo mein did not have enough chicken in it. I was disappointed. I never order their dumplings, even though that is my favorite because they are WAY too thick. The cheese wonton's were ok but over fried. My husband liked his beef lo mein and egg roll.

Delivery was a little slow, but the service was great and the food is among the best that I have tried. I had a Chinese friend who owned a restaurant and they used high quality ingredients which ruined most Chinese restaurants for me. Imperial tastes very similar at the same price point so that's the first time I've gotten good Chinese food in a while.

Good service. We received our food and didn't have to wait too long. Maybe 10-15 mins. Food was pretty good quality and great proportions for a Chinese take-out. Better than a lot of ones near us so we will order from here again!

I was expecting the water to have fizz because it says sparkling...it did not. The egg rolls and soup are the best ever. LOVED the shrimp. Something off about the spring rolls.
