The food is always great! I am righting this review to suggest a different container for your fried rice. When you put the hot food in the styrofoam container, it melts and becomes scarred.

We love House of Chen! Their food is always hot and delicious and on time and their delivery guy (I'm sorry, I don't know his name) is so nice, is super friendly, and is always happy to see us and our dog! The food was delicious but it looks like someone at the restaurant rung up a slightly different order than we entered in the app and one of our dishes was wrong. They fixed it but it took nearly an hour to get the correct food.

Delivery is quick. If you plan to order on a holiday, I would call and verify delivery time. I usually get food in 30 minuets or less. I love the Mongolian beef, lettuce wraps and crab Rangoon!

We are regulars at House of Chen - their food is good quality. The most recent purchase, there was a very small misunderstanding on the order......they EXCEEDED my EXPECTATIONS and went ABOVE AND BEYOND by sending their driver to deliver 1 item, and it was a double helping. Now that's what I call customer service!

THE SESAME CHICKEN IS A GO TO IN OUR HOUSE. SOLID CHOICE EVERY TIME WITH LIGHTLY FRIED CHUNKS OF CHICKEN DRIZZLED IN SAUCE WITH SESAME SEEDS. THE HUNAN CHICKEN AND SHRIMP ARE SPICED NICELY AT MEDIUM AND YOU CAN KICK IT UP WITH THE MUSTARD AND STILL TASTE THE FOOD YOU ORDERED.

Asked for extra chicken in sizzling rice soup and got almost no chicken. The little bit of chicken it had was cut in pieces the size of M&M”s. $40 worth of Chinese food and I got one fortune cookie.

We always order from you guys, especially every Christmas Eve for the last 5 years. Unfortunately the fried stuff, like egg rolls, wontons, and egg drop soup were not so great. They all tasted old and a bit stale.

I requested certain items removed from the Hunan Chicken and one extra thing. None of it was completed upon delivery. I called the establishment back, they apologized, and sent the driver back to reimburse my money. The key to customer service is how fast and how well they handle a mistake.

Pretty average American Chinese. I suspect the chicken was pre-breaded and frozen and the sauce was a bit bland even though I ordered it spicy. I asked for no green pepper, which they did fine, but I did not care much for the vegetables they chose instead: green onions and baby corn. I like Wok & Chopstick's version better with snow peas carrots.
