I was upset that the delivery person did not knock so I was unaware that my food had arrived. It was just left at my door to get cold. It is 20 degrees out . The food was good but delivery service was not

Took an hour and a half to get our food. After an hour, I called the restaurant and was left on hold for over 7 minutes with no information. Drove to the restaurant and still had to wait 15 minutes.

I ordered my usual (sesame chicken and crab rangoons), all through my time living on campus at App, and it never disappointed. Now I'm back in town for my wedding anniversary and it is still just as good as I remember

No stars for this place. We got there to pick up our order. A child greeted us. Knew nothing about our order and told us to wait until the adult in the kitchen got off his phone. The child disappeared into the kitchen. Ten minutes later he came out and said they could not find our order. This is the second time we have had a similar situation where young children were in charge of the restaurant. We will not be going back.

I had to call the restaurant to get them to deliver my food after waiting an hour after I ordering. Once I got my food more than an hour late, it turns out they gave me the completely wrong order, I ordered orange chicken and fried donuts and they gave me beef and some kind of dumpling soup and an egg roll.
