We have been loyal customers for 5+ years. The food is exceptional. We eat here 3-4 times per month and have never been disappointed. The quality and food is consistently excellent. I usually have a great experience when I go to Taste of India. However, this time I believe it was the owner's son who was behind the counter handling my pick up order. He is the really fat guy who doesn't know how to use the computer system. The food was ready when I got there, but it took them 10 minutes to put everything in the system and honor my coupon. I've been going to Taste of India for 3 years and this has never happened to me. I usually place my order over the phone and then go pick it up. Usually doesn't take more than 5 minutes. However, the food was awesome. Absolutely great and that is why I am giving 3 stars.

bought masala dosai and idly. they were very good and the price is very reasonable. picked up the order and it was filled very efficiently within 30 min of the order.

We could have used a little more rice and the vindaloo wasn't quite native spicy and the madras not quite medium (too mild), but otherwise was fine.

The food is really great, but I hope the online ordering system becomes more reliable since the "faxing" of the order is really not very reliable. This is 2016. Who still uses Fax machines. A simple Internet connected printer will work just fine.
