More than an hour and a half late with cold food. Then I have to stop and wait for you to come and give you the food back.

Food never came, called and ask about it and lady said there was a problem with my order. Asked why and she just started yelling at me. Said there was a problem with online and that she would refund. Told her I didnt ask for refund I want food. She started yelling at me. The customer who they already charged for food?! Canceled order. Will not be back here.

I would give it 5 stars, but my chicken Pad Thai had little pieces of tofu in it. Trying to pick them out was difficult due to their size. The tofu was like chewing shoe leather. Not good.

I Ordered Something New (Well New To Us) And It Was So Bomb! (Pad-See-Lew and Pad Thai Noodles) I Came Home And Shared With My Family And They Were Like “Where Did You Get This From?!” And I Was Like Mayflower!!!!!!! I Ordered Online And Received The 6 Piece Crab Rangoon. I Would Have Prefered Their Personal Half&Half Over The Bottled Soda.

The food is always good and on time but what is the point of a comment section if they don't use it. If you say no water chestnuts please. Why do you still receive them? If you ask for chopsticks why you don't get them?

The food is quite good, but god forbid there be anything wrong with your order that requires communication via telephone. Morse code might have solved my problem, but having to explain myself more than 5 times should be reserved for small children.
