The food was good, but the order was messed up. I ordered the Kirin roll, which is my favorite on the menu, and received the Kamikaze roll, which was the exact opposite of what I wanted (deep fried and soggy upon arrival). I also didn't receive the miso soup that was supposed to accompany the Special Fusion Roll Lunch. Will definitely be double checking all orders from now on.

The order came very quickly but 2 soups were missing from the order. We tried to call the phone number for the restaurant that was located on our order confirmation email and they said it was a house number, not a restaurant

The food was great as always, however, they need to work on delivery. It took two hours to get our food and if it wasn't for the fact that I called the restaurant we would of never gotten our food.

I ordered online based upon the available options. I immediately received a call to let me know that their online menu has rolls that should not be on there. So, I was made to choose different rolls. We went over my order and I stressed that I wanted no crunch at all. One of my rolls was saturated in crunch. It was on top and basically stuck to the roll. I was able to scrape some off but still had to eat some. I wrote it and verbally told them on the phone. Other than that (which is a huge mistake) the food was amazing and the service was very, very fast.
