Ordered delivery and didn't even get it. 35 minutes after the order we call and are told "it'll be 45 minutes, wait." 10 minutes later we get a call asking for our address (which we already put in online, by the way) and then are told it's too far away so they just didn't make it. The limit is 3.5 miles and, if check on google maps, we are 3.4 miles away. We are even in the little circle they have for their delivery zone on the website.
It'd be one thing if we were too far away and just couldn't order because of it, whatever... but we are within range, the website let us order, and we aren't told we can't get food until 45 minutes after we order?
