The food is DELICIOUS! But, they forgot half our order and had to go back to the restaurant and re-deliver the other half and never offered a free appetizers or any sort of coupon. Bummer because I order here all the time.

Food is really good. Unfortunately, I was unable to get correct change for my order due to delivery driver not having enough money to break a 50, but will definitely be eating there again.

Everything was very tasty and the staff was super nice. I placed an order for pickup. The only thing that was missing was the "BeyondMenu" system didn't provide an estimated time to pick up the meal ... only "ASAP" whatever that means. I got there 30 minutes after ordering and waited about 5 minutes. It was a Saturday night at prime time so that seems reasonable.

They forgot the brown rice. Everything else was great. It was our first time there since Silk Thai was closed for an employee party tonight. We have only ever ordered Thai take away at Silk Thai. 👍🏼

The ordering process was OK. I had a special request for no bean sprouts and yet, I had bean sprouts on the Pad Thai. The other issue is timing. I requested ASAP and there is no way to identify when the food is ready for pick-up so, we had to wait at the restaurant to pick up our food. Had we gotten a message when the food would be ready, we could have timed the pick-up and reduced the wait time.

The online order worked well, other than it didn't provide pickup time. I left right away and food was ready when I arrived. Food was good, but my Chili Pasted Chicken didn't have cashews in it as listed on menu.

I order from here all the time but was very disappointed this time. It took over an hour to get here which I realize it was a saturday but thats still a log time. But I was really upset to see they forgot to put in the egg rolls and wontons that come with the dinner special. It wasn't worth calling over but I hope that next time they make sure everything is there before sending it off.
