I've been overlooking the fact that they continually send chicken instead of shrimp for a sweet and sour lunch special order. Today had a tofu side order added to food it wasn't supposed to be. Whoever on phone argued and lost a very loyal customer.

The food was okay but it took so long all the broth in both soups was absorbed into the rice. Couldn’t eat them

I had selected crab Rangoon with the coupon, but I received extra egg rolls instead. Not complaining, extra egg rolls are great. I just expected something else. I'm not sure if it was a mistake or if crab Rangoon was 86'd. Thought you should know. :)

It wasn’t correct. They didn’t add fresh ginger and Not even spicy to the Mongolian Three as I requested...Shrimp and Lobster sauce was watery.Onetime I paid for extra egg to the fried rice and they put an egg on top!!! The steamed potstickers were really doughy and gummy. Next time we’ll order the fried ones. Also they keep putting notes in my order to call rather than use an efficient online system like Beyond Menu. I also can not get an actual printed Menu from the restaurant....so I know what each dish really is. I don’t know Kung Pao from General Tsao...Lomwin, chow mein, Cantonese style, etc.

Food is uniformly good or at least OK, and the prices are quite reasonable. (I know it's good if the cat will eat the shrimp). Portions are large so a great value overall. Always arrives HOT which is crucial for me.

The food was delicious, but it was warm, not hot. Also, I have ordered from this place before and this time it seemed to take a lot longer. When 20 minutes had passed the estimated time of delivery, I called and was told that the food was on its way.

Yum! Everything arrived hot and was very tasty. Plus, portions were generous! I especially liked the Kung Pao Beef and Crab Rangoon. The only downside was the Salt & Pepper Tofu. The flavor was great, but didn't travel super well (didn't stay crispy). I would definitely try the dish again if I dined in at the restaurant.

The Empress Chicken was a little old and very dry. The outside batter was good though. The Empress sauce was fantastic. It's one of the best sauces I've had from Plenty. The crab rangoon was also a little old tasting, but still good.
