Mandarin is consistently good. One issue was that a shrimp egg roll was marked as chicken. Luckily, the person is not allergic to shrimp. This could have been really a problem.

Mandarin Gourmet is the best Chinese Food in Downtown Pittsburgh. Beautiful atmosphere as well for dining in, and the service is always fast and kind.

Mandarin Gourmet has delicious and reasonably priced food! I have enjoyed their food for over 25 years. Have eaten in and more often ordered take out. Will miss the food as I won’t be working in Pittsburgh in the future. But highly recommend this restaurant!! And the Beyond Menu is super easy to use.

Got an egg roll instead of soup in a lunch combo. Not a deal breaker. It was an order of 7 lunches and delivery took an hour. Not bad but would probably pick up next time.

as you will see in my order we ordered 2 General Tso's chicken, when the ordered arrived ONCE AGAIN it was wrong however this time an item wasn't forgotten just the wrong item was sent. Instead of General Tso's chicken extra hot, I received Sweet n Sour Shrimp. This is not the first time this has happened, we love the food and the ease of ordering however way may be looking at going elsewhere since our orders seem to never be 100% correct.

Order Hunan Chicken with Shrimp Egg roll, but they substituted it with a chicken egg roll since they were out of shrimp. Last week ordered a meal and they forgot to include the rice. It didn't bother me too much, since I was on a diet so I didn't complain. Usually they are fairly good with service, but last couple of weeks, not so good.
