Love your food, but the last two orders have had mix-ups on proteins and on heat level, making those dishes inedible by the person who ordered them. Last time, we took one back that had chicken instead of tofu. The woman at the store was unpleasantly suspicious while deciding whether to give us a new order. Mistakes can happen, but two in a row makes me write this review. This time, we'd ordered pad see iew two ways, which admittedly was risky, but it came with the protein/heat pairings reversed. Luckily, this time we'd ordered the spring rolls which filled in for the person who wanted their pad see iew mild but it came medium. Your prep time is always really quick, which is great, but actually I'm more than happy to have the order take a couple of minutes longer so that the cook has time to read carefully and double check.
