I tried every single tunnel to order in advance, phone call, on-line order on restaurant website and deliver platform, none of those order been ready on time. This order was late for over 30 minutes.

Food came fast and looks great. Driver rang the doorbell even though I specify NOT to ring doorbell. Doorbell leads to another family and I had to retrieve it from them.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant. I wanted my order ready at 4:30 and when I got there at 4:31 it was ready. Staff is always amazing and the food was delicious!

They put shrimp instead of chicken with my beef, I called them and told them I was allergic to seafood and just refund that item and they said they can’t refund on a credit card... I have NEVER heard that before. Then they said that I would have to turn around and bring it back if I wanted different meal, I did and as thE cashier says sorry she does it while smiling and laughing. I usually love this place... this time don’t think I will

All delicious, all generous portions, except: Shu Mai - very small compared to other restaurants I've gone to Shrimp Tempura roll very good but the Tempura too oily - could drain more (but great taste and portions!) Spicy Salmon - could be spicier
