Order took over an hour to be delivered only a few blocks. I should have just picked it up. Food was delicious and better quality than prior times although the fried rice was mediocre.

Once again the Delivery Instructions were not given to the Delivery Woman or so she claimed, but she couldn't even figure out how to find my name on the Lobby Directory so I don't know what to believe

Once again your delivery man did not have the Delivery Instructions that I provided on the order so he had no clue on how to call me from the Lobby Directory or how to get to my unit. This has happened multiple times before when ordering from you. It's very frustrating for the customer.

Super fast delivery. The delivery guy handed my items to me and said "Enjoy your food". That was a nice touch. I use delivery from different restaurants at least twice a week. Most of their delivery guys just hand you the package and walk away with minimal interaction.

Great food. I wish they would teach new Delivery Guys how to read the clearly written delivery instructions on the packing slip/receipts. Please also instruct your Delivery Guys that they should also hand the packing slip/receipts to the customer. I order from China Palace at least twice a month. In the last year I have only been given the receipt maybe four times.

Great food as always but the delivery guy was kind of a jerk. Even though I have specific Special Instructions for the lobby code and getting up to my unit he called from the entrance on his cell phone and refused to come up. I went down to get my food and he tried to tell me I should use some other doorcode that made no sense. Then he just walked away.

The elevator is broken so I wrote in the Delivery Instructions for the Delivery Guy to meet me downstairs. He went above and beyond by walking up 6 flights to me. I really appeciated that.
