Do not ever order delivery not even off this app. My food came 45 mins past the arrival time. Crab rangoon cold af. Never ordering again.

Such a good restaurant. Family run. Went on Chinese New Year and only one person was working the whole restaurant. Was taking phone orders, cooking, packing, and serving all by himself. 20/10 loved it

We waited more than an hour to pick up our order (I was told it would be 30 minutes...! I know it was New years Eve and we should have ordered sooner. When I arrived, there was only 1 other person picking up an order and no customer eating in the restaurant.

Food was good but it took 2.5 hours for it to be delivered- completely unacceptable. We ordered at 6:26pm and it arrived at 8:57pm.

the best Chinese food I have had in 15 yrs in Greensboro. The food was fresh,flavorful and attractive. My only complaint was no Chinese mustard included and noware on web site to order it. Delivery was on time and hot. I fully recommend the restaurant.

We always love the Chicken Fried Rice with added broccoli & onions. The Egg Drop Soup is great if you’re not really hungry but want something warm & filling. But the Wild Cream Cheese roll the delight of our order. It was DELICIOUS! It has crab, shrimp, avocado & an awesome cream cheese concoction inside then fried tempura style. Yummy! 🤤😋😍

They are too slow. I pass this place most often to get Chinese food. I used the online tool because I thought they would have time to get my order ready. Mistake. I sent my order and requested it be ready in 20 minutes from my order time. It wasn’t ready until 35 minutes after my order time. I get faster service in a sit down restaurant. While the food was ok, the timely service was horrible. I guess I should just drive the extra miles because it’s still much faster to do so.

The Chicken Fried Rice with added broccoli is our go-to favorite. The Honey Wings are the best in Greensboro! They’re sweet & tangy and cooked to perfection.

As far as Chinese takeout goes, this place is consistent and good. Service is usually on the slow side. I recommend ordering well ahead of time.

Placed order at 6:13pm and it's 8:03pm and I still don't have my food. I called the restaurant at 7:15 to check because the site advised delivery at 6:59pm, but she advised it was now on its way and I'm only 15mins from the location.

The food was very tasty. I got the shrimp and broccoli combo plate and there were only 4 shrimp. I would have liked a few more. But again the food was good. I will choose this place again!

It took over an hour and a half to get my food. It was after 10pm and I was ready for bed, didn't even want the food at that point. There was no explanation or apology either.

We thought Chen's made a mistake on our order but when we took the order back, we found the mistake was on our end from when we ordered online. Chen's replaced wrong item anyway and gave us extra as well. Excellent, excellent service.

Tasty food, neat packaging. Wings are always awesome. But delivery usually takes over an hour -- never arrived within 40-60 minutes promised. I think you need to improve the speed of cooking/delivery and then will be a perfect place to order.
