My only complaint about this order is that the tofu was mushy and sodden, as if it were barely fried. I order this dish consistently, several times a month, at least, and it has never been bad--though once the green onions were forgotten, so I always ask for them specifically, now--so, I am certain this was an unfortunate fluke, but it was disappointing, nonetheless. However, I still have very high regard for Chan's Garden and for the delivery people and send my best wishes!
