When I got there to pick up the food, the cashier/host told me they tried calling me to verify my order before they placed the order. I never received a phone call and showed her that I did not receive a call from this restaurant or had any missed calls. The order was only initiated after I got there. I never received an apology or even asked if I wanted a complimentary soda while I waited which would have been the good customer-service thing to do.
I have been going to this restaurant for years and never really had a problem until now. Customer service is more important to me than the food.
