I ordered a large amount of food. I wanted to substitute a large plain fried rice for some of the white rice. I called and was told that it was $6 extra. I expected a couple of dollars, but six? Ok. I went with it. Then I called back to complain about it and was greeted with a yes it is $6 by another person. I asked if we were still getting some white rice with the order and was told no. So, I ordered a small white rice for $1.50 more. When my order came, I paid the extra $7.50 to the driver. Opened my order and there were large containers of white rice that came with my order. So, although it wasn't a large sum of money, I paid for something I was already getting plenty of. To top it all off, there were no fortune cookies or sauces with my order. For $124.00 order you think they 1. Could have thrown in a fried rice for free 2. Would have made sure that we had fortune cookies. I know other Chinese restaurants that would have thrown in some almond cookies with such a large order. We used to love this place and have not ordered here often due to the price increase. It was a special occasion and I wanted something good. The only reason I will order from here in the future is because I have many coupons for free stuff that I didn't realize I still had. The food is good, but the service is quite lacking.

Ordered food online at 5:20pm for a 6pm pick up/ I called restaurant at 6pm to verify if food would be ready and was told it would not be ready until 6:45pm. Went to pick up food at 7pm and order was not ready. Finally received food at 7:30pm only to get it home and discover it was all cold. Not fresh. Staff was not organized and was focusing on fulfilling delivery orders and not online orders. When I called restaurant to inform food was cold - it was received with indifference

Food was 1hour 45 minutes late. When I called they claimed they didn't get the order until 1 hour after I received my confirmation email. Then they told me the order was for pickup when I requested and was charged for delivery. Very disappointed.

Best lemon chicken ever! Sauce was fresh tasting, not overly sweet. Chicken wasn’t drenched in batter before deep frying. So delicious

Disappointed the beef lo mein was made with angel hair pasta and not lo mein noodles. Also, on the menu it says it's made w mushrooms, carrot, napa cabbage and more but only contained water chestnuts and celery.

The order took 1.5 hours from the point of order until order was fulfilled for an ASAP of a order of Egg Rolls and Crab Rangoon. The food was so good.

I will never order online again, that's for sure. No way of knowing when food will be ready. If I need to call the restaurant to find out when my food will be done. I may as well call them to order and get it all done in 1 call rather than wasting time on some 3rd party sight

It took over two hours to receive the delivery, which would have been ok except that it took a phone call to ask where my order was which I was informed abruptly it is Saturday and "we are slammed, orders are taking two hours" . Funny thing is my order arrived fifteen minutes after I called, with lukewarm, congealed food. I know Saturdays are probably busy, but I received no empathy and crappy food.
