The Pork with Garlic Sauce had off taste to it, not as good as the Garlic Beef i usally get. Disappointed. :(

Pick-up timing is off. When I go there at the prescribed time, I find that my food has been sitting at the cashier’s station for some time already. Consequently, it is not hot when I get home.

I spent $6 for 3 diet dews and I was delivered regular dew,which I cannot drink. I really wish I would have been notified because I would have said I don’t want them. Now I have 3 cans of pop I cannot drink. I also asked for there to be no knock and that was also ignored. I’m extremely upset. I just wasted my money.

Jade Garden is one of the best places to get food in eau claire. Weather it be for delivery, or dine in they bring top quality to the table. Their rice is always fresh and hot, and their chicken always hits the spot when we can't decide on dinner. <3

We used to love Jade. Lately ordering has been a hit and miss. The egg rolls and spring rolls looked burned. Crab rangoons barely had any filling. The peanut butter chicken was tough and hardly any sauce on it. The coconut shrimp was new and it was good. Beans were delicious. I wish they were consistent with the quality of their food.

Order came 50 minutes after the estimated time. You could tell the peanut chicken had been sitting in a bowl for a while it's just kind of a soggy mess. Everything else was great.

Amazing food never disappointed with their food taste is great, food is always hot and amount is plenty. Delivery is a tad slower though I know it's harder to see places at night in trailer court.

The breading of their chicken needs a new recipe. The breading is bland, tasteless, and the texture is boring. Maybe their beef or seafood is better, but there are way better places in Eau Claire for Chinese if that's what you're looking for.

I love how fast they work to get the food ready. That they keep it packaged well to keep it nice and fresh. The amount they give is great. Prices are on point for the amount and freshness of the food. I highly recommend them.

The food was good but I was not expecting to find shrimp in the spring rolls. I would not have ordered the spring rolls if I had known there would be seafood within the rolls and I feel this would be a safety issue for anyone who is allergic to seafood.
