Small shrimp in shrimp basket were about 15 (not 25 as listed) tiny balls of a shrimp product. Fries were half the size of normal fries as received in previous orders of this menu item. If this is the new standard for this item, I will not be ordering it again and will not order from this restaurant as often.

Food took almost 2 hours to get. Food was decent but on a Thursday evening it shouldn't take 2 hours to make food and deliver 2/2.5 miles away.

My order was 30 minutes late, so what was cold was delivered warm and what was hot was cold! Even my salad and dressing containers were cracked and I ended up with a lap of oil. A complete disaster!

While both subs were tasty they were mostly sauce. The meatball sub maybe had the equivalent of 2 meatballs on it sliced up in the sauce. The Italian sausage sub was the same. Maybe about half a sausage sliced up in the sauce.

I would definitely order the fish sub and mozzarella sticks again 😋. Delivery took a little over an hour, after 8 on a Friday night but maybe they were busy. I would recommend ordering early or pick it up yourself if you can't deal with the wait.

It took an hour and a half for my food to be delivered. The guy who delivered, sat in his car on the phone for 2 minutes before finally getting out and proceeded to still talk on his cell phone while giving me my food. The food was lukewarm at best. You all have great food, you need to work on your delivery speed.
