It was all really good tonight. The sesame tofu in particular was a new item for me and I really enjoyed it. Even though it is listed as spicy - it was really not that spicy so I will not let the spicy designation deter me in the future.

I have eaten here before, and had food for catering in the past. Consistent, generous portions, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. When they say "Best Chinese food in town" they aren't lying! Awesome experience! Highly recommended!

Delivery was prompt and accurate. This is one of the few Chinese take outs that will send you fresh hot mustard. The portion of sesame chicken was huge, but overly breaded. Pot stickers and friend rice were great!

This restaurant does not know how to make Sizzling Rice Soup. Not only was there less than even a couple tablespoons of rice at all, but the ESSENTIAL ingredient, the rice cake that makes the sizzling, was omitted. Every other Chinese and Japanese restaurant includes it ... but not these people. The best item was the mushroom soup.

House of Hunan is good for every once in a while and kind of is what it is, but normally I follow a much more whole, organic protocol. This is very occasional food for me. I would love to see more organic options for this type of restaurant!

The food was overall wonderful. I gave a 4 due to the fact that the chicken was a little dry and slightly under sauced, but overall good. And the crab rangoon were a little overcooked.
