Onion bahji was delicious! The sauces were more watery than any other Indian restaurant I’ve ever eaten at, but overall flavor was good. Had food to go, but had no utensils, napkins, plates, etc..?

The food was delicious! We had been feeling let down by our previous restaurants of choice and were leery of trying another. Saw this one by chance and are so glad we tried it out! We will definitelt be going back.

What a FIND! I have been looking for good Indian food in Sarasota. In Mass., good Indian food was everywhere. Sarasota seems to be a bust. Maharja is the answer. I had the appetizer sample, Chicken Korma and Fish Saag - and Peshwari naan... All excellent. We will be back to this place. The $10 lunch buffet is a steal!!!

Ordered naan and an extra side of rice to go with my main dish and did not receive either. The food I did receive was good and the location is near my apartment, so I will likely go back. I'll just need to check the bag to ensure I got everything before leaving the restaurant next time.
