I placed my order because Hong Kong seemed to be the only place that would deliver Chinese food in Gulfport on a Tuesday. The online experience, which happend through Beyond Menu was fine and the order was placed with no problems. It was only then that I thought to check rating services on both Hong Kong and Beyond Menu, and the results did give me pause. I called the restaurant to make sure my order had been received, and was assured that it had been, and that I'd see my order in about 25 minutes, which I did. The food was pretty good, although there wasn't much meat on the ribs and the shrimp toast was different from what I"m used to, but overall I would say it was a positive experience. It should be noted that at the time I ordered, cash was the only available payment option, but considering some of the complaints I'd read in the reviews about experiences people had with Beyond Menu, I think this is done to protect the customer. Anyway, I am satisfied with the experience I had. Order was easy to place, restaurant was responsive about delivery time, and delivery was prompt and courteous.
