Best Asian Food in the area

I am new to Ithaca and the nearby Mitsuba Restaurant has become my favorite for Japanese and Chinese food. I've ordered three times using take-out within four weeks. The food is delicious and service is friendly.

Needed more salt or msg. Rice and miso soup were bland. Other items were good

Ordered 3 rolls, a miso soup and veggoe friend rice. 1st I got home for a meeting and I was missing 2 rolls. (California roll & Spicy tuna roll). After getting the rolls "replaced" the order still wasnt correct. Not sure I wil order again.

Very delicious, fresh food. Accurate and timely order processing. Did not get notifications via app but itvwas easy to get updates and confirm timing via phone contact with restaurant

Good food as always...glad to see the restaurant busy. Set pickup time at 4:45 and then had to wait for 35 extra minutes, to 5:20. System needs better time forecast and limits. Requested no peanuts but got them in pad thai...wife can't eat them ☹️

The service wasn't that great. I wrote in the comments to my order that I would like to have extra ginger with the rolls, was this added? No. And this was the 3rd time we've ordered from Mitsuba and this request wasn't acknowledged. I was also supposed to get white rice with my Chicken Katsu and only received the salad and soup. This was the 2nd time that this has happened. I had also added to the comments that I had a $10 off restaurant.com coupon , and the person who took care of the to go order refused to honor it until the owner of the restaurant ok'd it. You really have to go over your order before you leave the restaurant as this location is not consistent with giving you a complete meal. As I was leaving the restaurant I had asked the person at the cash register of the extra ginger had been added and he confirmed, even asked the sushi chef it had been added. They both said yes, I get outside into my car and the extra ginger was not in there....
