There were very few vegetables in the dishes, I had to stir fry some of my own zuchini, onions and carrots to add to the meal ,otherwise it would have been very boring

Super good food, great service! Sometimes it will take a while for food to get delivered, but its peak hours and days. Otherwise food gets delivered fast-average time. 10/10 on my recommended list.

Very disappointed, Part of my order was missing and everything was sweet almost like someone mixed up the salt and the sugar, I spent a good chunk of money on this food and it wasn't even all there.

Avocado roll was warm and fell apart when picking it up. Noodles were cold and slimy, chicken was really dry with not much flavor. Egg rolls are really good though.

Lu House is usually about a 3.5 star but today was more like 2.5. My delivery was an hour and a half late, the sauce to the Vietnamese egg rolls smelled and taste like it went bad.

The food was good, minus the crab cheese wontons, bu we had to wait 2 hours for delivery when it said only 45-55 minutes. We didn't get any sort of notice that it would be so late. I understand if they are busy, but the lack of communication was horrible and an extra without being notified is unacceptable.

You guys REALLY need to start putting the silverware in the bag. I’ve ordered 3 times, and all three times it comes with NO spoons, forks, napkins or chopsticks!! Also, soup is always spilled in bag.
