Takeout was very efficient. But the food is lackluster and very bland. There are historical reasons for this because the Chinese food in America is nothing like the food in China, and everything is learned by rote. If a Chinese cook in Long Neck learned from a bad cook in Salisbury, then the thread continues throughout the region. I wish that Taste Garden would learn from these reviews and make tastier sauces. The dumplings were actually pretty good, but the entrees ended up in the garbage because all we were eating were calories without any flavor or other benefits.
