Food was great, as it has been with past experiences at Red Maple but the experience was suboptimal. It was very busy (Christmas Eve). We ordered at 6pm (from the Beyond Menu app). The app notified us by email of our expected time when our order would be ready (about 6:45pm) , but since the app said nothing about how it would notify me, I found that out by accident. Even then, it was 30 minutes after that estimate (7:15pm) that our food came out. A better estimate of the time the order would be ready, or better prioritization of food prep, would have made the experience better.
