For the first time ever .I ordered item w no onion and .got onions stating I have an allergy. Tryed to call restaurant. Was hung up on .so disappointed. And will no longer recommend. Them so sad .I have alway s raved about them.

I left a detailed note under the chicken fingers asking them to not overcook them. The last 3x I got chicken fingers the inside was cooked so much that it was dried out, hard & almost impossible to chew through. They were like leather today. Inedible

The orde took much longer than normal to arrive. My chicken fingers were cooked so badly they were completely dried out on the inside and too hard to bite through on the outside. I added a note on my order to please do not overcook chicken fingers?

The food took much longer than usual to arrive and when it did, it was not as good as usual. Noodles on lo-mein were very mushy and there were hardly any vegetables or flavor in it and that is my favorite item. Very disappointing and portions were smaller than usual and the chicken fingers were not cooked enough as the coating was raw tasting and almost liquid. I was very surprised as usually pretty decent food and deliver times.
