The shrimp fried rice was not in the order. It was on the receipt I signed but not in the bags when I got home. I didn’t want to go back and fight over it. Too cold out.

The food was great. Using beyond menu was challenging. The restaurant never received the ordered because the restaurant's printer was out of paper. We waited for a long time for our food to find out that the order was not placed after checking in again after waiting 30 minutes onsite. We did not receive our lunch until 3:30 p.m.., We ordered it at 12:30 p.m.

I was not impressed even though I wanted to be. The Braised pork was tough and tasteless. I had to order rice because it doesn't come with it and it wasn't the best I enjoyed the $1 eggroll. I tossed the rest after an attempt to eat it. Meh. Not again. So recap: tough pork, tasteless rice, good eggroll and almost $15 later, I won't be back.

they were out of the wonton soup so I tried the hot and sour soup which I normally love, however this soup was totally flavorless. Moo Goo Gai Pan was good and I really liked the egg pudding

Completed my order online and it was ready when I arrived for pickup. The order was correct, hot and delicious. The chicken with black bean sauce has just the right amount of spice with lots of crispy cabbage and red and green peppers.

Food was ready when I got there, staff was very polite. Everything tasted amazing - the mushrooms and zucchini in the dish were fresh, and the spice level was good. (I usually prefer extra hot, but did not order it that way this time.) I'll eat Mr. Chen's again soon!
