I ordered shrimp with lobster sauce, but instead I received shrimp with black bean sauce. The food was still tasty, and the price was still the same, so I didn't really care. But I hope you can get my order correct next time! Otherwise, the food was good!

Soup broth was water thickened with corn starch. Not edible. Straight into the garbage. Egg roll was dripping in grease. Also, into the garbage. Veggie Moo Shi soggy, bland, except for tons of awful green peppers. Second time money wasted. Done...

I am so disappointed that this place went from one of our family's favorite places for Chinese-American food to one of the least favorite. The entire order was terrible and I wonder if they have new cooks who don't know how to make these classic Chinese-American dishes? But there is NO excuse for bad meat. The salt and pepper pork chops were old. They were dried out and clearly reheated and tasted old - inedible. And they breaded untrimmed bony pork chops so the pieces had a solid inch thick fat on every piece. Disgusting. Waste of money. Chicken with garlic sauce had no garlic flavor nor any flavor except salt and was mostly celery. yeck. Salted fish fried rice was edible and vaguely resembled what this should taste like. We were able to eat this dish. Beef chow fun used old noodles that must have been defrosted as the noodles were grainy and broken versus chewy and bouncy. Another yeck. Singapore rice noodle was weirdly bland even though it should have a nice curry spicy flavor. There was some curry flavor but only a little and no other seasoning so bland. Mostly noodles with no meat and a few beansprouts - a bit of a rip off. I'll give it a thimbs up only because it was sort of edible after I seasoned it and added chicken. The small portion of free Gen Gau's was edible and so gets a thumbs up but was not the best rendition. I am giving them 2 stars but wanted to do 1 star. Only reason is when we went the first few times, the owner was very nice. He needs to do some soul searching on whether he wants to skimp on quality ingredients that are fresh and edible as well as hire someone who can cook. Not sure I can come back, at least not for a while. I had been recommending them on all the groups and now cannot.

This food is so good. The sauce for the general gau's was real tasty and had some nice spice to it. The noodles for the beef chow fun were clearly hand pulled and homemade. Some of the best Chinese food in Arlington by far!

We did not receive the fried rice in the order which was to be provided if we spent $25 or more . Our order was $32 therefore we did not order any rice for the crispy beef, assuming it was coming with the order. Which therefore did not complete the meal as we expected
