i placed my order at 12.30 pm , never got the order , called between 1.15 and 1.45 pm no one ever answered the phone . its saturday and busy. i get it but be more professional .

I'm not sure if the issue was with the delivery of with the packaging but when I opened my order, everything was drenched in sauce. The bigger and more eimprotant complaint, I scheduled my delivery for 1, but it came at 12. Not a fan of cold lunch.

Ordered $14.95 special which is actually 15.95 and got chicken tikka masala. It was generally ok but there are far too many better options out there today. Tikka was numbingly sweet and yet bland.

We are so happy to have Sapid in our neighborhood. We order dinner from here about twice a month and the quality is consistently great. Perfect for vegetarians. The mulligatawny soup and bhartha are personal favorites. Enjoy!
