Very bland entrees. Thai chow fun noodles were boiled for so long that they were just a pile of bland mush, making my meal inedible. It was all disappointing - I won’t order from here again.

Restaurant and service were great. Other delivery apps allow credit card payment at time of order and delivery time estimates as well as real-time updates of delivery-to-door times. Don't like that your app provides none of the above. Uninstalling.

The app allowed us to place the order. We were given the option to pay more fore delivery because we are over 5 miles away. The restaurant called and said they wouldn’t deliver to us. Reason... we were 8 miles away and only had one driver. They wanted us to pick up the order. I cancelled and called someone else

The food is always very good and never comes cold. My only complaint is that it takes so long to get it. One and a half hours from the time I ordered it. I realize they're busy but they should have enough drivers to get the food out to customers, if that's the problem.

Food is usually on point however, we requested the Lucky 7 to be extra spicy and the Kung Pao Chicken to be medium spicy. The sauce the Kung Pao Chicken was in was red in color so I knew right away something was off. It was so hot I could not even eat it. The packages were tagged as we had ordered it but they were mixed up. This not the first time this has happened. So needless to say I was disappointed that I could not even eat what I ordered.

Silver Lake is our go-to Chinese restaurant. They call to confirm special requests/allergy alerts. We’ve never had a problem with quality, consistency, or satisfaction with their food or service. They give generous portions where a small order is enough to make two people pleasantly happy without being overly stuffed. The Empress Tofu is one of the best Chinese tofu dishes we’ve had; we are addicted to it. The Dried Tofu Fried Rice is made with curry and we can’t get enough of it!
