I order online from Asian Express. On their Lunch Special, it says that "Monday-Saturday (11:00am-3:00pm). Served with fried rice and egg roll." So i order the Lunch Special lo mein ... Instead of receiving lo mein with fried rice and an egg roll, I only received lo mein. When I called Asian Express to tell them that my order was incorrect, the did nothing for the inconvenience. Instead, they told me that they are sorry ... and everyone makes mistakes, and I have to understand that. Never once did the offer to correct their mistake by giving me the right menu item nor did they offer me a refund. Instead they made it very clear that I was a fault for this and there is nothing they can do about it.
This was my first time ordering from Asian Express, and was upsetting to know this is level of care for a new customer. However, after this experience I refuse to go back.
