Lukewarm food even though I arrived early. Some fish was not fresh. Green Bell Pepper also has a sour spoiled taste to it. Chicken was old. Some broccoli was bitter. Chicken sauce taste bad.

first time eating Toa Yuen, and we all enjoyed our dinner very much! price is reasonable and they time from order to delivery was excellent! we will be ordering again! my only complaint was with the tomato w/beef, not much beef in it. thnx Elysse for your recommendation!!!

Toa Yuen is my favorite Chinese restaurant closest to my residence in San Mateo. I ordered for delivery a lot and they never fail to impress me. They are on time and the food arrived still hot. If I request utensils, I got them as requested.
